Historic Allentown.

Allentown parades a unique bohemian vibe, humming with creative energy you won’t find anywhere else in the city. Elmwood Village.

The best of city shopping begins just blocks from The Mansion in the Elmwood Village. The main thoroughfare, Elmwood Avenue, is a funky yet chic strip of mostly independent, home-grown shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Dozens of locally-owned shops line Elmwood Avenue with open-air cafes and restaurants nestled in between. Bidwell Park, a historic Olmsted Parkway, stretches centrally across Elmwood Avenue, connecting east and west points of The Elmwood Village. In the summer and fall months, Bidwell Park is home to the Elmwood Village Farmer’s Market - a Saturday morning ritual for most city residents. The Elmwood Village is just a few blocks away from the city’s museum corridor featuring the world-renowned Albright Knox Art Gallery, The Buffalo History Museum, and The Burchfield Penney Art Center.

Buffalo Medical Corridor.

Canalside.

Canalside is at the heart of downtown Buffalo's waterfront revitalization, hosting hundreds of events throughout the year, many of which are free or low-cost to the public. You'll find concerts and festivals, summer fitness classes and ice skating, artisan craft markets, children's programming, history tours, and outdoor winter activities all set upon the beautiful waterfront.

Home to 4 floors and 43,000 square feet of child-led play, the Explore and More Children’s Museum sits proudly in the center of Canalside. A few blocks away you’ll find the KeyBank Center, home to the beloved Buffalo Sabres hockey team, as well as the hub for nationally touring concerts, comedy acts and more. Five Points.

Just beyond The Elmwood Village on Buffalo’s West Side lies the Five Points Neighborhood. This growing community is bustling with diverse small businesses from clothing and scratch bakeries to an outdoor urban garden and plant shop.
